1. Who we are

Real Estate Mentor Club (REMC, we, us) is operated by Yellow Bricks Pty Ltd, ABN 35 622 654 602. These terms apply to your membership and your use of the members area, Live Labs, Rapid Deal Screens, tools and any content we provide.

2. Education only

Everything we provide is general education. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs and is not financial, legal, tax, credit, building or town planning advice. We do not arrange credit. Deal screens and reviews discuss frameworks and considerations as education and are not recommendations to buy, sell, offer, borrow or build. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you learn with us.

3. Membership and price

Membership is $595 a month including GST for members who join on or before 30 November 2026, held at that price for their first 12 months. From 1 December 2026 the price for new members is $795 a month including GST. Membership is billed monthly in advance to the card you nominate at checkout. You may instead pay for your first 12 months upfront in a single payment of $6,000 including GST if you join on or before 30 November 2026, or $8,000 including GST if you join from 1 December 2026. We will send annual members a renewal notice before their anniversary. At renewal an annual member can go month to month or renew for another year at the same annual rate they paid for the previous year. The optional private review is $325 including GST per review.

4. Minimum term

Membership is for a minimum term of 12 months from your first payment. After the minimum term, membership continues month to month until you cancel by giving us notice in writing (email is fine).

5. 30-day guarantee

If within 30 days of your first payment you decide the club is not right for you, tell us in writing and we will refund that first month in full and end your membership, with no further payments. If you paid annually upfront, we will refund the annual payment less $150 for payment processing and administration, which we cannot recover, and end your membership. The guarantee applies once per person.

6. What is included

Weekly online Live Labs (recorded); up to two Rapid Deal Screens a month on your own sites; a finance structure review delivered by a licensed finance professional we work with; two desktop bank valuations, subject to the relevant bank's terms, conditions and eligibility; access to the town planning software, the research and data tools and AcqLogic for the duration of your membership and under their own licence terms; due diligence frameworks, checklists and feasibility learning tools; the member community and the recordings library. Inclusions may change over time; we will tell you if they do.

7. Your account and conduct

Your login is personal and must not be shared. Content, recordings and tools are for your own education and may not be copied, resold or distributed. We may remove a member whose conduct harms the community or breaches these terms.

8. Recordings, your image and promotional use

8.1 Sessions are recorded. Live Labs, Game Plan Sessions, Game Plan Check-ins, Rapid Deal Screens and other club sessions may be recorded (video, audio and chat). Recordings are kept in the members area so members can watch them later.

8.2 Your consent. By joining Real Estate Mentor Club and accepting these terms, you consent to Yellow Bricks Pty Ltd recording, storing and using your image, likeness, voice, first name and anything you say or show during a session (your Contribution) as set out in this section 8.

8.3 Use inside the club. We may include your Contribution in session recordings, the members area, the members' Facebook group and other member-only channels, for as long as those recordings remain available to members, including after your membership ends.

8.4 Use outside the club. We may also use short clips, stills, audio or quotes from your Contribution to promote the club and our education programmes, including on our websites, social media, paid advertising, email, presentations and events. We may edit, crop, caption or shorten your Contribution for these purposes, but we will not change what you said in a way that alters its meaning.

8.5 What we will not share. When we use your Contribution outside the club, we will not publish:
(a) your surname, unless you give us separate permission;
(b) your contact details, such as your email, phone number or home address;
(c) your personal financial information, such as your income, borrowing capacity, debts or account details;
(d) the street address of any property you own, are buying or have brought to a session; or
(e) anything you have told us is confidential.
Where personal information appears in a recording, we will edit it out or blur it before any use outside the club. Private Deal Review recordings are never used outside the club.

8.6 Licence, no payment. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your Contribution as described in this section 8. You will not receive payment or any other benefit for this use. You keep any rights you have in your own material.

8.7 Results shown in clips. Any clip that mentions a deal, figure or result is used for education and illustration only. It is not a representation that other members will achieve the same or similar results. Section 9 applies.

8.8 Your choices. You can keep your camera off, mute your microphone or use your first name only as your display name in any session. You can also ask us at any time, by email, to stop using your Contribution in new promotional material. We will act on your request within a reasonable time. We are not required to remove material already published or distributed before your request, or to remove your Contribution from member-only recordings.

8.9 Other members. You must not record, screenshot or share any session, or any other member's Contribution, outside the club without our written permission.

8.10 Privacy. We handle personal information captured in recordings in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Results and examples

Deals, figures and results shared in the club by Anthony, guests or members are real and shown as they happened, including losses, delays and cost overruns. They are shared for education only. They are not typical, not a forecast and not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own decisions, circumstances, the market and the professional advice you get.

10. Software and third-party services

Some tools are provided by third parties under their own terms. Access depends on those providers continuing to make them available to us. Where a tool becomes unavailable we will substitute a reasonable alternative or adjust the inclusion.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions you make or action you take based on our education, tools or community. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give existing members at least 30 days' notice of any change that affects price or the minimum term, and such changes will not apply during a price hold already granted.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
