Real sites. Real deals. Real strategies.

Our own projects, shown by region and strategy with every cost in, and members in their own words. Education, not a promise.

Not one of them needed a demolition or a builder, and rental income kept coming in for most of the project. Every figure is after stamp duty, professional fees, interest and selling costs. Notice how close together those returns sit.

These are past projects shown for education. Each figure is specific to that site and the market at the time. Past results are not an indication of future results, and nothing here is a prediction of what you will achieve.

Members, in their words

What changed for them

I was already on my real estate path with small developments before I joined Real Estate Mentor Club. Anthony had been a mentor for some time, but this support took it to the next level.

Forget the media clickbait. The biggest threat to your property strategy isn't a predicted boom or bust, it's inaction, and inaction comes from a lack of knowledge and certainty. The clarity I've gained from the resources and the weekly Live Lab sessions gives me the confidence to take action when a lot of investors are sitting on the sidelines.

Bouncing ideas off like-minded people, along with access to Anthony's 35 years of experience, keeps me on track with my goals.

Before Real Estate Mentor Club we had the deals in front of us but not the confidence to back ourselves, always stressed we'd get it wrong. Now we've actually bought a property, and we feel far more confident working through a feasibility and knowing what a good deal looks like. What we keep coming back to is weighing the risk against the reward, instead of always chasing the biggest return. Having a supportive group and a mentor who's friendly, approachable and genuinely wants us to succeed makes it so easy to ask questions and keep learning.

Anthony explained things in a way that finally made sense. We learned how to look at property differently and lost the uncertainty we used to feel.

My clients keep telling me how clearly Anthony and the team explain strategic property investment.
