Welcome email, straight away
Your members area login, the tools unlocked, your invitation to the members-only group, and a short note from Anthony on how to get the most out of month one.
The foundation programme
Seven short sessions, from Real Goals, Real Plan, Real Steps through to The Backyard Equity Engine. Each one unlocks as you finish the last, at your own pace, and it ends with your Game Plan Session.

With the groundwork done, take your seat on a Tuesday night at 8pm Sydney time. Say hello, watch a real deal get pulled apart, and bring your site if you've got one.
Your first deal screen
Book your site into a Rapid Deal Screen. Up to two a month, reviewed as a group with guidance from the mentors. Education only, and the clearest hour you'll spend on it.
Before you join
Why a 12-month term?
Because finding one site, assessing it, getting approvals and finishing a project takes most of a year, and the people who get the most from the club are the ones still turning up at month nine. The 30-day guarantee is there so you can find out early whether it's for you.
How does the guarantee work?
Tell us in writing within 30 days of your first payment. Monthly members get that month refunded. Members who paid annually get the annual payment refunded less $150 for payment processing and admin.
Can I pay for the year upfront?
Yes. $6,000 including GST if you join by 30 November 2026, or $8,000 including GST from 1 December. It covers your 12-month membership. We email you a renewal notice before your anniversary, and you can then go month to month or renew for another year at the same annual rate you paid.
I've never bought an investment property. Am I too new?
No. Most members join to build knowledge and confidence before they make a decision.
Is this financial advice?
No. The club provides general education only. Nothing we discuss considers your personal circumstances or is financial, legal, tax, credit or planning advice.
What if I can't make a Tuesday night?
Every session is recorded and in the library within a day.
