The room I wish I'd had in 1991.
I'm Anthony Simon. I bought my first property in 1991 and I've spent the 35 years since buying, renovating, subdividing, splitting and selling across NSW, Queensland and Victoria. I'm mid-project on several NSW sites right now, which is the only reason I'm any use to you.
Why the club exists
The people I watched lose money weren't lazy and they weren't stupid. They were careful, capable people who'd never been shown how to read a block the way a planner or a valuer reads it. So they relied on hope instead of numbers, and they did it alone at a kitchen table with a spreadsheet and an agent on the phone.
I'd done the courses too. Thousands of dollars for the theory and nothing after. The free groups were full of opinions and short on people who'd actually done it. What I wanted didn't exist: an hour a week with someone doing it now, real listings on the screen, a town planner you could ask, and a way to check your numbers before you committed them.
So I built it. The Real Estate Mentor Club is that hour. It's online, it's live, it's Tuesday nights, and everything we do is education: we show you how it's assessed, we don't tell you what to buy.
The house is only half the block. The other half is where the money is, and most people never price it.
